About Jess

I started my fractional CRO/CMO practice in Feb 2022, and within 30 days I had 2 paying clients and ~$10k/month in revenue. 

Within my first 12 months, I earned close to $500k in revenue, and I haven't slowed down since. 

I've built a solid personal brand and marketing strategy that keeps my pipeline full, strategic partnerships that deliver passive income, and structured processes that give me scale. 

There is no shortage of demand for fractional executives, and I believe the model is truly a win-win for the consultant and the client.

I want to empower and enable more people to start and succeed in this role, so I am launching coaching services to a select few individuals as a trial. 

If this coaching experiment goes well, I'd love to develop a broader course and/or community to serve more people at scale. But one day at a time!

How it works

A 3-month partnership to sharpen your focus, strategy, pricing, and execution model. 

Clarity is how you begin, and consistency is how you win.

I will help you gain clarity on your strategy and business model and give you the tools to maintain the consistency you need to win. 

The partnership is structured to include: 

  • Preparation package and assessment
  • 90-minute discovery and goal-setting session
  • Two 45-minute coaching sessions per month
  • Asynchronous communication via Slack in between coaching sessions
  • 1-hour coaching completion session
